Returns

Consumers who, for any reason, are not satisfied with the Product shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase without incurring any penalty and without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Product.

The Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. They must be returned intact, unused, and undamaged.

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the Product shall be borne by the Consumer.
