OPAL 3000 is a solvent-free cleaner. It has similar solvent properties to conventional VOC solvent cleaners liable to tax, but consists of hydrocarbons that all boil over 240°C and are thereby not subject to the VOC incentive tax. OPAL 3000 is particularly suitable for degreasing and cleaning parts in the service and repair sector.
