The Piston Kit is only compatible with the Athena cylinder. It is made through hot forging and is equipped with two elastic bends. This combination guarantees very high reliability and durability combined with maximum overall performance.The kit, in addition to the piston itself, contains the pin, clips and piston rings kit. The elements mentioned above are replaceable and interchangeable in case of need. Athena's High Performance line consists of a complete range of cast pistons for the main 2 and 4-stroke Off-Road models. They are produced thanks to a revolutionary computerized technology that ensures production dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm. The balance between the materials used in production (silicon, copper, nickel and aluminum alloy) allows Athena pistons to achieve a level of reliability equal to the original and, at the same time, to guarantee greater resistance and excellent performance.
